Faces of Content helps you by providing you with a temporary CIO or an interim ICT Director who provides knowledge and represents your organization’s need for technology at the executive/board level. We can provide you this service on a pre-agreed rhythm, whether it is 1, 2 or 3 days a month, or 1 to 2 days a week, or a more flexible schedule according to a phase in the planning of an important project that needs to land. All can be discussed.
CIO expertise tailored according to your priorities on-demand at your site or remotely but without the expensive price tag of a full-time CIO. We are your CIO and provide qualified advice on all relevant CIO topics like Digital Transformation, eCommerce, Marketing Technology, Security, Networks, IT strategy, Operations, Cost Management, risk & compliance supervision. CIO supervision that may be lacking in smaller environments is often not needed on a permanent basis, but still required. We are happy to help out as a member of your team, both as part of a sounding board and on the management level.

- 2 days per month on-site or online
- a contract for 12 months

- 4 hours per month online calls/meetings
- 4 hours off-site work and follow up/month
- 4 hours of preparation work/month (presentations, conceptual work, ...)
- Standby on-demand service according to best effort 5/7 during business hours
- Extra standby on-demand service according to best effort 7/7 between 07.00hrs and 23.00hrs (optional service for 995 Euro/month + effort spent on a time & material basis)

CIO as a Service Custom
- To be agreed on the number of days per month on-site, depending on the needs & running or to be initiated projects
- a contract for 12 months
- dedicated CIO resource + extra dedicated and topic experts if needed
- time & material basis for the number of hours per month online calls/meetings, off-site work and follow up, preparation work like presentations, conceptual work, enterprise architecture, project management, ...
- Standby on-demand service according to best effort 5/7 during business hours
- Extra standby on-demand service according to best effort 7/7 between 07.00hrs and 23.00hrs (optional service for 995 Euro/month + effort spent on a time & material basis)
