Enterprise Architecture Stakeholders
Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture are both disciplines within the field of IT and Business Architecture and part of our Architecture Advisory Services, but they have different types of stakeholders as the scope of the specific discipline is on another level.
o Enterprise Architecture: The stakeholders for Enterprise Architecture include top-level executives, business managers, and IT leaders. EA is concerned with aligning the entire organization to achieve business objectives and goals.
o Solution Architecture: The stakeholders for SA are generally project managers, developers, and other team members involved in the implementation of a specific solution or subdomain of the IT landscape. Solution Architects focus on meeting the needs of a particular project or program.
